14 Week Army Fitness Programme

I took the original 14 week army fitness programme and modified it slightly to suit me. Changes I made were:

 

  • Increased exercises so that all 8 appear in every session as opposed to just 4 in the original plan

  • Altered the exercise sequence to exercise lower body, upper body and core in that order

  • Put each week into a Word document so that it can be easily printed off

 

Remember, every other day is a rest day and you'll need to warm up before and stretch after each exercise session
